Reading

Although I read nowhere near as much as some people, I do enjoy reading. In an industry where information and ideas are key, not reading simply isn’t an option. A recommendation from Ray Poynter’s “Market Research Skills and Training Study 2018” is to read 2 relevant books per year as a minimum, I am aiming for at least 1 each quarter. Here are some of the books I have recommended to colleagues and clients:
